We support not only the physical transport, but also the set-up at the new address: furniture is placed as you wish, pictures hung, cupboards filled and familiar structures restored as far as possible. That way the new home feels familiar from the start.
For the move into a care home or a senior apartment we also coordinate, on request, the dissolution of the old apartment – including disposal, donation of usable items and a final clean. Relatives can be involved actively or leave everything to us.
Transport is covered under our public-liability and goods-in-transit insurance; for storage we also recommend checking your household or stored-goods insurance.

How long does a senior relocation take?
We deliberately plan generous time windows and do not let ourselves be rushed. Depending on apartment size and the support needed, a senior relocation typically takes a full day.
Can relatives be there?
Yes, relatives are very welcome. Many families like to be there for the set-up at the new address and to help.
Can you also dispose of items that have no space at the new address?
Yes. We collect furniture and items that are not needed and dispose of or donate them – on request we coordinate this with aid organisations.
What happens to the old apartment?
On request we take on the complete clearance and cleaning of the old apartment so that it can be handed back to the landlord in proper order.
Who coordinates the move if the senior can no longer keep track of everything?
In those cases we work closely with relatives, carers or social institutions. A dedicated contact keeps the overview.
