What is included in end-of-tenancy cleaning?
As standard, our end-of-tenancy cleaning covers all living and sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom, WC, hallway and windows on the inside. Cellar, attic and exterior cleaning can be added.
How long does an apartment clean take?
Duration depends on the size and condition of the apartment. A 3-room apartment typically needs 4 to 6 hours with a two-person crew.
Can I book the move and the cleaning together?
Yes. Many clients combine both: the move takes place in the morning, the cleaning starts immediately afterwards. We coordinate the workflows so that you have only one contact.
Do I need to be present for the cleaning?
No. You can hand us the keys and attend the handover with the landlord. We work reliably without you being on site.
