How long does a cellar clearing take?
It depends on how full it is. A typical single cellar compartment with a medium fill takes 1–3 hours. We give you an estimate in advance.
Do I need to be present for the clearing-out?
Not necessarily. If you give us access and clarify in advance what may be disposed of, we can also work without you being there.
What happens to hazardous waste such as old paints or chemicals?
We take hazardous goods out separately and hand them over via the correct disposal routes – we charge a small surcharge for that.
Can you clear an attic that is only accessible through a floor hatch?
Yes. We also handle hard-to-reach attic hatches and tight cellar rooms with the right equipment.
Can I combine clearing-out with a move?
Yes. Many clients have cellar and attic cleared at the same time as the move. We coordinate both as a combined job and optimise time and costs.
